We only collect the data you send us through our forms:

• Contact form: first name, last name, email, telephone, establishment (optional), profile, need, chosen point of contact and message.
• Diamond Private confidential enquiry: name, telephone, email (optional), subject of the enquiry (private residence, Family Office or yachting) and message (optional).
• Technical data: IP address, sent to our customer relationship management tool when a form is submitted.

Mandatory fields are required to process your enquiry. Without them, we cannot reply.

• Replying to your enquiries and directing you to the entity concerned: your consent, given by ticking the box on the form.
• Measuring how the website is used, only if you accept it: consent.

Your data is intended for the teams of the Diamond International group and of the entity concerned by your enquiry. It may be processed by our technical service providers (hosting, customer relationship management tool) within the limits of their assignments.

Some providers may process data outside the European Union (hosting: Vercel Inc., United States; customer relationship management: HubSpot). These transfers are governed by the safeguards provided for by the GDPR: adequacy decision or standard contractual clauses.

• Contact enquiries: three years from the last exchange.
• Applications: two years from the last contact, unless you ask us to delete them.
• Consent cookie: thirteen months.
• Analytics (after consent): thirteen months at most.

You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, object to and port your data, and the right to withdraw your consent at any time. You may also set out instructions regarding your data after your death.

To exercise these rights, write to us at contact@diamondsolutions.fr. You may also lodge a complaint with the French data protection authority, the CNIL (cnil.fr).

This website sets one cookie required for it to work: di_consent, which remembers your choices for thirteen months. A session item, di_pl, remembers that the welcome animation has been shown and is not sent to anyone.

If you accept audience measurement, HubSpot cookies (hubspotutk, __hstc, __hssc, __hssrc) are set for thirteen months at most. No other tracker is used.
