Founder and President
The founder of the group, Sébastien OGER has more than fifteen years of experience in the hotel industry. He knows its professions and their demands from the inside.
Olivier DURIN
Managing Director
Olivier DURIN leads the group and sets its strategy. He has more than ten years of experience in recruitment for luxury hotels and restaurants, from palace hotels to the private sector.
Silvia ZEDDA
Director of Client Relations and Acquisition
An expert in luxury hospitality, Silvia ZEDDA has been with the firm since it was founded. She is known for her responsiveness and her keen understanding of what her clients expect.
Romain LOUIS
Head of Quality, Training and Onboarding
Romain LOUIS spent more than fifteen years on the ground, in France and in London, rising from the restaurant floor to management. With Diamond Solutions since 2023, he now oversees service quality and leads the training and onboarding of new team members.

Diamond Careers is the careers platform for the sector, and Diamond Solutions searches for rare talent for palace hotels, five-star hotels and Michelin-starred restaurants. Diamond Private recruits for private residences, Family Offices and yachting. Ruby Solutions relies on affiliate recruiters across France.
Are your searches confidential?
Yes. At Diamond Solutions, the role is never advertised and the name of your establishment is disclosed to a candidate only once their profile has been approved. At Diamond Private, a confidentiality agreement is signed at the very first conversation.
